Valentine's Day Blood Orange Spritzer

I can't believe Valentine's Day is a week and a half away! Where did January go? I can already tell I need to get my butt in gear if I'm going to be productive and make the most of 2019. This last month went by so quickly for me!

Today I am so excited to share this drink recipe because its the perfect little edition to your Valentine's Day or Galentine's Day menu. Girls night, brunch, and dinner parties are also great times to give this spritzer its debut!

All you'll need is:
Blood oranges (1 orange for 2 servings)
Seltzer Water
Pimms No. 1
Rose Petals
Water

First, fill an ice cube tray with water and place a small rose petal in each compartment so that its submerged in the water. Freeze for a few hours until your ice is solid.

When you're ready to make your drinks-
Juice half of a blood orange into a glass, add 1.5 ounces of Pimms No. 1, and finish off with seltzer water and 2-3 ice cubes!

Serve immediately so that your ice doesn't melt. Enjoy! (this probably goes without saying, but don't eat the rose petals)
