Easy Rosemary Shortbread
If you follow me on Instagram, you'll know that this post was a long time coming. I made this Rosemary Shortbread and shared it on my IG story promising the recipe would hit the blog soon, and it finally has! (Only took like 3 weeks.)
So without further ado, the recipe for this yummy 4-ingredient treat to have at a dinner party, picnic, or family meal.
Rosemary Shortbread

Cook Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients (8 slices)
- 1 cup of Sugar
- 1 cup of All-purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon of chopped Fresh Rosemary
- 1 stick of Salted Butter
Instructions
Cut cold butter into chunks.
Pulse everything in the food processor briefly. Just until combined.
Press the crumbly mixture into a round 9-inch pie pan.
Bake at 325 degrees F for 30 minutes or until golden on the edges.
Cool for 5 minutes before cutting.
