At Home Teeth Whitening Like A Pro!

Today, I'm really excited to share a new way to whiten your teeth like a professional, right at home! How crazy is it that we're almost halfway through the summer season? For me, summer is all about getting outside and enjoying all the sunshine and fresh air and adventures just waiting for me. I don't really pay attention to things like getting a hair cut or getting enough sleep for that matter (I know, shame on me). If you know anything about me, you also know I love coffee and in the summertime iced coffee is the perfect way to start the day.

One thing that I try to remember is to eat my fruits and veggies and keep my teeth nice and shiny. The excessive amount of coffee I drink can make that a bit hard. No one likes having a dull smile! I've used a few different brands of teeth whitening products at home before like toothpastes and strips, but either never got the results I was looking for or in the time I hoped for. Right before I left for my trip to France I started using my Smile Brilliant teeth whitening trays. The process is super easy (a few more steps than white strips) and definitely worth it. For a process like Smile Brilliant, most dentist and ortho offices charge around $500, whereas Smile Brilliant is about 70% less than that!

The process started with the kit to make the molds. It includes your molding clay and very detailed instructions to help you. Then you send them back after they set and not long after you'll receive your customized teeth trays and whitening gel!

You mix two of the included pastes together and them make imprints with your teeth. After that you let it set for a few minutes and mail it back in the included packaging. (Yep, its that simple!)

After around a week or two, you'll get your custom trays in the mail with another set of instructions, the whitening gel, and the desensitizing gel (meant to be used afterwards to re-hydrate your teeth). It is a two-step process, and it works so well! I'm currently in the process of using it still, but here are some before and after photos of my smile. I think it is working pretty well!
