On Friday, Mark took me to Philadelphia for the day to celebrate my 21st birthday! It was wonderful because I worked on my actual birthday and I didn't get to really celebrate it by doing anything.
We started the day off with breakfast at Nudy's Cafe in Phoenixville with some friends.
After breakfast we went to Boathouse Row in Philly. I loved seeing all the flowers in bloom and the rowers out practicing. Seriously, I love big cities so much. There is something new to see and experience every time you go!

After that we went to the art museum. I love the museum and I wish I lived closer so I could visit more often. There was a new exhibit called "
Artificial Light: Flash Photography of the Twentieth Century"and it was so neat! There were also a bunch of Pablo Picasso's sketches and lithographs on display, in addition to the displays of artwork from around the world that are usually displayed. Man, I love the museum.

After the museum, we walked around the University of Pennsylvania's campus. It's pretty nice for a city campus. We went to dinner at this place called
Harvest Seasonal Grill & Wine Bar which was super nice. I loved it!

I am so thankful for such a wonderful day! Thank you so much Mark :) You're the greatest. After this spectacular day I got to spend time with my best friend Janna and a few other friends playing board games and watching movies. 21 is truly a good year.
