The Perfect Winter Jacket
January 12, 2018 // By Natalie Jean
I don't know about you, but over here in Eastern PA we've been getting the craziest weather! January (to me) is always "cold" and "winter" and "miserable." But this year we've gotten snow, rain, a day in the 50s, and then a bomb cyclone! Aaalllll over the place.
I went shopping right after NYE and found such cute stuff at Old Navy. One of those things was this adorable (and warm) jacket. Its not too light for the season, but also not too warm where I can't wear a sweater underneath it. Its cute enough to wear out on a coffee date but also casual enough to wear to the grocery store! Win, win.
My husband has work events every weekend this month and this weekend I came to visit him. I decided to take a few photos in the woods while I'm here because the setting was just so "January" to me. Know what I mean? Chilly, bleak, quiet.
In any case, I definitely recommend getting a jacket like this because its so versatile and stylish! It also has such a vintage and 70's vibe. That's one thing I love about it. I'm not going to start wearing bell bottoms and fluffing my hair anytime soon, but I've just really been digging that classic 70's style + music lately.
