Finding The Perfect Wedding Dress with BHLDN

Last weekend I went with my dear friend and bride-to-be, Jessica, to Philadelphia to help her find the perfect wedding dress. Bridesmaids in tow, she excitedly and confidently walked into BHDLN in Rittenhouse Square to see if her gown awaited her. After some Rosé and excited giggles + browsing, Jessica went in to her dressing room and began to try on dresses with the help of a BHLDN assistant, who was a lot of fun and very helpful!

There were a few she loved and a few she was indifferent about. The very last dress she tried on, mostly because we dared her to, ended up making her cry and we all had to break out the tissues! She was stunning! I am so excited to see which dress she ends up choosing and how she will totally kill it on her wedding day. Nick is one lucky man!

After the appointment, I picked out a belt to go along with my bridesmaid dress (which I also ordered from BHLDN) and then we looked at the monogrammed mugs and dishes that would be perfect for their new life together in the joint Anthropologie store. Jenny picked out the cutest salt and pepper shakers for Jessica to remember her appointment by.

Afterward, Tori and Jessica and I stopped at ShooFry for dinner. We let Jessica pick and she was so excited to have some poutine. I had never had it and after trying a bite of the classic version that the other girls ordered, I was hooked! I ordered one topped with arugula and balsamic glaze. YUM!

The evening was absolutely wonderful and I am so thankful that BHLDN was able to help both the bride and the bridesmaid find the perfect dresses and accessories for a day to remember. Can't wait for the Depasquale wedding next year :)
