A Few Days In Pittsburgh.
Last week my husband and I had the opportunity to travel to Pittsburgh to shoot an event at Monroeville Assembly of God. It was really cool to get to be a part of and gave me some great practice for my photography!
When we weren't at the event, we were visiting with friends. On Wednesday our friend, Christian, took us out for coffee and to have lunch at the most amazing thing ever... a MAC & CHEESE FOOD TRUCK! My heart totally skipped a beat when I saw it because I love love love macaroni and cheese. Oh man it was so good.
Then on Thursday we spent the afternoon with Amy and explored parts of Pittsburgh. Of course, I made us stop at this abandoned parking lot so I could take photos of her (coming to the blog tomorrow). We got rolled ice cream, coffee, and had lunch at this place called The Vandal that an Instagram friend recommended. It was so beautiful and delicious and I will definitely be back! We wanted to hit up some art museums but it cost $20 per person to get in and we'd only be able to stay an hour so we have plans to do that next time we're in town.
It was a fun mini-vacation from our normal routine and getting to see some friends and eat at a couple of new restaurants was great too! Can't wait to go back! If you have recommendations for Pittsburgh, Pa leave them in the comments below so we can check it out next time we visit.

We had such a great trip! Next time, hopefully, it will be a few days longer so we can visit some museums. Have you been to Pittsburgh? What did you love?
