3 Serums To Try When Traveling

Whenever I travel, I try to make sure that I pack the essentials - sometimes this means overpacking my toiletries bag. I never can be sure what hair products I'll need or if traveling will leave my skin tired or flushed or something. So, I end up packing everything and then I only use two or three things!

In the last couple of weeks I've found some face washes and serums that have really done the job for my skin when I'm traveling. Driving for long periods of time, flying, getting little sleep or sleeping on a different pillowcase- all of those things can affect your skin. Breakouts, dry skin, oily skin, red spots.... no thank you!

Today I wanted to share with you a couple of my favorite serums that have worked wonders for me while traveling. Hopefully they'll work for you too!

The first serum that I've fallen in love with is from Yeouth. Its a glycolic acid gel peel and I use it about once every two weeks, and if I'm traveling during that time I make sure that I have sunscreen/lotion with me too so my skin can stay soothed afterwards. Its definitely a heavy duty facial serum. Its exfoliating, anti-aging, and anti-inflammatory too!

One thing that I especially love about it is that it fights black heads and wrinkles as it boosts skin collagen, which is perfect when your skin looks a little tired from traveling. My friend Jeanette gave me a code to share with A Tiny Traveler readers (yay!!) to save 20% off your own bottle of this great gel peel! Just use the code SOCIAL20.

The next one isn't necessarily a serum, but more of a hydrating and cooling spray. I've been using this rosewater spray from Eve Hansen Beauty for the last few months and now I feel like its become part of my everyday routine. When traveling it is so soothing, especially after a flight!

The third serum/skincare item that I've been taking with me everywhere is my Rejuveniqe Oil from Monat. I've shared about this before on A Tiny Traveler because I just love it so much. I use it in my hair after a wash and occasionally I use it for an oil treatment, but lately I've been putting a drop or two in my moisturizer and its been keeping my face so soft and bright looking! I love it!
