I can't believe Christmas is less than two weeks away! I am so unbelievably excited!

The Christmas season is a great time to visit with family and friends and just celebrate the time you have together. So far we've attended one wedding, three Christmas parties, and one cookie exchange. We have three more parties left, two of which we're hosting, and another wedding. I am so excited! Every year I try my best to have some new outfits in rotation because c'mon, you want to look good on the holidays!

This year I had some really great outfits picked out that included spanx and heels. Outfits I loved...and also loved to change out of and into pj's at the end of the day! Let's be honest.

Rent The Runway saved the day when it came to helping plan my outfit for Christmas Eve this year. Not sure yet if I'll wear this exact sweater but I do know I want to go the cozy route, in contrast to all the more formal looks I've chosen for the parties and weddings. With having surgery last month and a million things to do/places to be this month, I need a night where I can just relax with my wardrobe but still look cute! Why not on Christmas Eve?

Someone asked me last week on Instagram "How can I dress like you?" I am seriously so flattered and wasn't sure how to initially answer. Here is what I said- Choose something that's in style, comfortable, and flattering and then make sure part of it makes you think "Hmm. Can I pull this off?" Then wear it with confidence!

With this sweater in particular, the bow adds a unique and fun element to the cozy warmth it gives. It pairs well with jeans and heels or booties too. The perfect look for when 'getting cozy' is your goal, but you still want to be presentable. Haha!

So, here's how Rent the Runway works- you get to choose items to rent and you return them when you’re done wearing them. Simple as that! This is great for someone who might want to try out a brand or specific style without having to fully commit it to their closet. Or say you need a dress for a wedding and you know you'll never wear said dress again. Boom! Rent The Runway. You have the option to purchase items that you want to keep at a discount off the retail price, too. There are items for every occasion – casual to formal. They have over 300 different designers and styles as well as accessories and outerwear too.

They have different plans that you can choose from – RTR Update and RTR Unlimited. With the RTR Update plan, you can choose up to 4 items for a month and have 1 swap each month. With the RTR Unlimited plan, you can choose up to 4 items every shipment and have unlimited swaps throughout the month. I tried out the RTR Unlimited this month and I'm loving every second of it!

What are you wearing this Christmas season? Have you ever tried a clothing rental service? I'd love to know more! Comment below. Also feel free to use my link to get $30 off your first order with RTR!
