A Peek At Harrisburg's Frozen River

Happy Wednesday friends! Yesterday I had such a fun day getting coffee with my new friend Laura, getting a haircut, and then taking some photos of my friend Brooke down by the river in Harrisburg.

Last week the whole thing was frozen and it looked so cool! With the weather being all wonky and going from 60 to 20 back to 45 then to 60 again the river broke up in huge chunks of ice and they floated up the river banks, giving me a perfect location for a fun little shoot.

Below are some shots that I got and couldn't wait to share with you. I've heard that some winters it gets so cold and frozen people can actually walk out on the river! Crazy, huh?

What are winters like where you live? We usually have all four season in central PA but for some reason this year we have been having drops and spikes in the temperature all year round. Global warming is crazy, y'all!
