So I'm sure most of you fall prey to the "I need to work out before summer yet never do" syndrome. I know I do. It's the first day of July and I had my first summer workout. Being busy can not only take a toll on your social life, but your health and workouts too. Here is something that I found on Pinterest that you can really feel a burn after. We've got two months of summer left. Let's get started ladies!
