Happy Birthday Mom*

Today is a very special day! It's my mom's birthday! 

I am so thankful for my mom and all she's done for me and my family. She has displayed characteristics of wisdom, strength, and humility for as long as I can remember. She always tries to put others before herself and is never without some sort of volunteering opportunity. She loves helping others excel and reach their goals! 

Her wisdom comes straight from God. I remember multiple mornings where I would get up early for some reason or another and there she was; tea in hand and Bible in her lap. I love that about her. She always tries to make time for God and spiritual growth/fulfillment. What a positive role model she's been to me! 

Mom, I love you dearly. The birthday card and brand new hairdryer don't say it enough. This blog post doesn't say it enough. At times, I don't say it enough. But please know how dearly I love you and the woman that you've helped me become. You're so awesome!

I'm so thankful to be home and to spend time with her and my family this summer. I cannot wait for the little adventures we're going to have and all the memories we'll make.
