A Summer List - A Tiny Traveler

A Summer List

6:52 PM

So this summer is kind of sad because I will hardly get to see Mark because he is touring with Valley Forge's worship team in a couple different states at churches and youth camps. I am so so proud of him, and even though I had hoped to spend a lot of time with him, instead I'm going to make a bucketlist and try to get everything done before the end of August! (It'll help my independence and self-sufficiency too!) Some things will be easy, others a bit more challenging. So, that being said, here we go:

- Go to the beach
-Plant a garden
-Spend time with my family
-Go to a baseball game, or two
-Learn how to make sushi
-Eat healthier
-Make some furniture and crafts for my apartment next semester!
-Take art classes
- Start up yoga again
-Watch The Wizard of Oz with Ava and Nathanael
- Have at least 5 photo shoots
-Expand Knotted Twine
-Make my blog a little nicer
-Spend time with the Gettis family
-Redecorate my bedroom
-Read at least 5 books= The Wedding By: Nicholas Sparks, not a fan. By: Kyle Idleman, The Problem of Pain By: C.S. Lewis, The Beautiful and Damned By: F. Scott Fitzgerald, and Onward: How Starbucks Fought For Its Life Without Losing Its Soul By: Howard Schultz
-Make at least 5 things on my DIY Pinboard

I think I'll be able to do it! I've already gone to the beach (I will post pictures later) and today I just finished The Wedding by: Nicholas Sparks (I would recommend it for a lazy afternoon). I've weeded through my very extensive DIY Pinboard and I think that I will attempt to make the following:

Dip Dye Tees

Homemade coffee syrups

Sunglasses Makeover

Lemongrass Green Tea and Oatmeal Soap
I don't think that these look too hard! And who knows? Along with my two summer jobs (Red Robin and Chick Fil A) and this list, maybe the summer will fly by and I'll be reunited with my love once more :)
